Shipping and returns

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

 

Wehve not only cares about its beautiful materials but also about the special touch of its hand made pieces. Since many of our products are made to order, it might sometimes takes a few days to leave our studio.  We want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase!

 

SHIPPING

Europe: All items will be shipped via GLS or Fedex from Brussels. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing time and 1-3 days depending on location for your package to arrive. Should you need your order expedited contact us at info@wehve.com with your request and we will do our best to get your products to you as fast as possible, additional shipping charges may apply.

Outside Europe: For orders outside Europe, you may be responsible for custom duty depending on the country in which you reside. Wehve has no control over these charges and is not responsible for the payment of this duty. If you choose not to accept your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Wehve. 

Wehve is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. 

 

RETURNS

We hope you will love your purchase as much as we do. Each piece is unique. Variations in color are a result of the unique hand dying process of each garment. In case you are unhappy and want to return an item, we will gladly exchange unworn and unused merchandise.

Please, email us at info@wehve.com within 5 days of receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted without authorization/approval. All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and should include the packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. You are responsible for any return shipping cost. Returns must be shipped back to the indicated address on your return authorization within 3 days.
